Joining together, we can ‘gentle the birth’ of a Universal Humanity
Please join the Birth 2012 movement and become a part of an inspiring “planetary Birth Day” event on December 22 that we believe will reach tens of millions of people. Here’s an overview of our vision:
Envision 100 million people uniting around the world to honor the birth of a new era for humanity – a historic day of global unity accompanied by love and celebration. We’ll link across the world in moments of song, prayer, dance, and cultural expression over a 24-hour cycle. We’ll share laughter, perform acts of generosity, and commit to global cooperation in the key areas of our collective life on this planet. Join us in this potent global rite of passage marking humanity’s entry into a new era in which we are consciously evolving together. Our goal is to reach a critical mass of people – one percent of the world – committing to a positive future together.
That’s what we are activating for Dec. 22, 2012 – the planet’s first Birth Day and “day one” of the great shift to a sustainable world. You can learn more about it here at Birth2012.
The Birth event will take place in different countries and continents around the world, including Los Angeles, Tucson, London, Sydney, Paris, and locations in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. We expect that it will lead to focused efforts in 2013 on positive change in our community and beyond.
Renowned “planetary midwife,” futurist, and author Barbara Marx Hubbard is acting as our visionary voice, traveling the world to engage people in the movement. She has partnered with me on activating this vision. Her new bestselling book Birth 2012 and Beyond explains the vision in detail.
Some of the world’s biggest names in science, sustainability, peace, and evolutionary consciousness, including Deepak Chopra, Bruce Lipton, Michael Beckwith, Neale Donald Walsch, Jean Huston, James O’Dea, Lynn McTaggart, Jack Canfield have been confirmed as the Global Welcoming Committee for this global event.
This is a “Once in the History of Humanity Event,” and it’s giving birth to a solution-oriented sustainable future filled with possibilities. Make history!
